As you may know, I began a mission last week to rescue my former works from the evil clutches of **Cyber Big Brother,** who with his many android affiliates, hold my former stories and ideas hostage.

Admittedly, it had been a while since I had visited any of them. And I thought I'd make a surprise visit, by landing on their doorstep once more, to rekindle friendship, and write once more.

I was not expecting what I found there. These android apps used to be such friendly, cooperative places. I typed in my words on a daily basis, and when I was done saved them in spaces. And when I returned, even at the crack of dawn, I could find them so easily, snuggled up like little fawn's.

But upon my recent return I found everything had changed. My works were becoming estranged! It feels like they've become delinquent teenagers whilst I've been gone, barely recognisable in there current form.
The operating systems have grown like Alien Ameoba, legs and tentacles in all directions, and what was once free, is now held to ransom for extautionate fees!

My first battle was in finding a suitable android app that will not or cannot become a future hostage instigator.
And whilst perusing app land, I happened across __Obsidian__, and thought I'd try it once…
